The Northeast HERS Alliance is pleased to announce that we will be initiating a mentorship pilot project for under-represented demographics in the HERS industry (BI-POC, women, low-income, veterans, disabled, etc...) utilizing the entry-level RFI and HERS Modeler pathways beginning in April of 2024. Five candidates will be selected to participate in the pilot project and will receive the training itself, as well as, mentorship, case management, and job placement support at no cost. We are seeking to broaden and diversify the base of support for the HERS Industry and grant funding for this program will focus on candidates living in MA.
