RFI Course Completion Certificate Requirements :
- Pass OSHA-10 Certification
- Two Orientation Meetings
- All Online Classes
- 20-Hours of Job Shadowing
- Resume and Cover Letter Workshop and Revision Deadlines
- Two Field Workshops with Tim Poole
- Weekly Success Coach meetings
- Weekly Career Mentor meetings
- Pass the RESCAZ Exam
- Take the Rater Simulation Practical Exam
- Transition to Employment Group meetings
- Any and all other required program activities, meetings, and assignments
After receiving the NEHERS RFI certificate, RFI candidates must complete additional RESNET requirements under the supervision of their employer’s provider in order to obtain their RESNET RFI Credentials (RFIIN).
Modeler Course Completion Certificate Requirements:
- Pass OSHA-10 Certification
- Two Orientation Meetings
- Online Classes
- 10-Hours of Job Shadowing
- Resume and Cover Letter Workshop and Revision Deadlines
- At least one Field Workshop with Tim Poole
- Weekly Success Coach meetings
- Weekly Career Mentor meetings
- Pass the RESCAZ Exam
- Pass the Rater Simulation Practical Exam
- Transition to Employment Group meetings
- Pass all three Mentored Models
- Pass the HERS Modeler Exam
- Any and all other required program activities, meetings, and assignments
Modeler candidates must pass the RESCAZ and Rater Simulation Practical exams. Those that do not pass both exams will not be allowed to continue into the Modeler Component. Modeler students who do not pass the Rater Simulation Practical will receive an RFI Course Completion Certificate. Modeler students who do pass the Rater Simulation Practical will have completed the RFI Component, which makes them eligible for the Modeler Course Completion Certificate.
After receiving the NEHERS Modeler certificate, Modeler candidates must complete additional RESNET requirements under the supervision of their employer’s provider in order to obtain their RESNET Modeler Credentials (HMIN).
