Are you an experienced HERS Rater and preferable with some Thermography experience/certification with excellent customer skills and willing to work hard? Looking for an independent self-motivated person.
The business of HERS Raters and energy audits has just become an even faster growing industry with the tenfold investment in residential energy efficiency from the state of Massachusetts.
Daily tasks involve HERS rating of new and existing residential homes, Energy modeling, Infrared energy audits of existing residential homes, Infrared flat roof moisture scan, Infrared electrical hotspot scan, Infrared moisture scan.
The company was established in 2008. Has a solid customer base with repeat business and existing contracts to be completed.
