Job Description The desired candidate will perform field inspections utilizing the 2015 IECC and RESNET Standards.
Must be a RESNET Certified HERS Rater.
Must be familiar with Rescheck, Manual J, S and D calculations.
The hours are part time but must be consistent on a weekly basis.
Must be ok with using a 6 foot step ladder and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Must be computer savvy, familiar with construction site safety (OSHA10 a plus,)
Must be able to communicate with Architect's and Builders,
Hires Needed: 1 hire
