DESCRIPTION:
The recent adoption of the new Specialized Opt-In Energy Code in Massachusetts will result in a significant increase in the number of Multi-family projects required to meet the Phius Certification standard.  Since almost 40 municipalities adopted this Code, Phius Verifiers will be in demand for review of a growing number of projects. In Massachusetts, as many as 80 multifamily projects are planned within municipalities with the new Opt-in code.

This webinar is the third topic in a series focusing on Phius Raters and Verifiers responsibilities during construction. The first two webinars covered single family homes using the Performance and Prescriptive Paths. The third topic, MF projects, has been divided into two webinars; this will be the second of the two-part webinar on MF projects.
