Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 annually

Job Description
Overview
The Project Manager is the primary organizational hub for all aspects of our projects, from their inception to completion. The Project Manager is the main point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly and that all deliverables are provided to clients in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage the client experience throughout the HERS Rating and related services project lifecycles, from the sales process to delivery of final reports to clients
- Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and maintain accountability within the team
- Coordinate and collaborate with HERS modelers, field inspectors, and administrative staff to ensure the timely delivery of contracted services
- Maintain an accurate project pipeline using project management systems to track progress including Google Calendar, Notion, and PandaDocs
- Act as the primary contact point for clients regarding questions, meetings, and other project needs including client requests, intake and project setup, proposal writing, etc.
- Work with and report to the CEO regarding significant project and staff management issues
- Coordinate with the administrative staff regarding staff credentials, equipment management, and quality assurance
- Lead morning team check-in meetings

Preferred but not Required Skills
- Knowledge of the MA building energy codes
- Knowledge and experience with the HERS Rating system
- Proven project management experience in construction or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Notion and Quickbooks
