Applicants applying for this program must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a resident of Massachusetts.
- Must be 18 years or older by the start of the class.
- At least half of each cohort must live in an Environmental Justice Community and/or meet Low-Income Eligibility requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Having a valid driver's license and access to a car is beneficial, but not required.
- Must have a computer and reliable WiFi (laptop preferred).

With the exception of trade school students in their last semester of their senior year, all applicants to the Mentorship Program must have a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED, trade school certification, or other recognized credentials). This requirement ensures that participants possess the foundational education needed to succeed in the program.
